Henkell Trocken

Posted on January 15, 2010 by nara

HENKELL TROCKEN is a Fine Sekt sparkling wine, product of Germany consist of 11.5% alc/vol. Since “trocken” means “dry,” this is a DRY SEC.

This sparkling wine was probably made in the charmat method like the Prosecco, and in the same way, it lost its fizz pretty quickly.

This New Year I enjoyed this wonderful champagne.
