Sonji Kimmons’ Bio
Sonji Kimmons, song stylist and internationally known artist has toured and performed in many major European countries. During her extensive travels and performances in some of the worlds most prestigious venues she has sang with or along side of Frank Sinatra, Sarah Vaughan, Sammy Davis Jr., Tina Turner and Celine Dion and many more.
While in Switzerland, she was the lead singer for Pepe Lienhard’s Orchestra for over 10 years not to mention her numerous recordings as duets with Europe’s famous singer and writer, Udo Jurgens. Sonji also performed with the famous Swiss Funk/Rock/Jazz group, Split. With Split she recorded over four albums which were played on radio stations and clubs throughout Europe for years.
